  • スパゲッティーの茹で汁 : 小さじ2
  • 塩 : 小さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 02:11

    砂抜きしたあさりをざるに上げ、水を切っておく。
    ウドと菜の花を、水洗いする。
    ウドは、斜めに薄切りにする。
    菜の花は、ざく切りにする。
    にんにくは、スライスする。

  2. 2) boil spaghetti 04:49

    Add salt to boiling water (not listed) and boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the label.
    Set aside the boiling water.
    Drain the water from the spaghetti.

    2のフライパンの水気を拭き取り、オリーブオイルを入れる。
    にんにくと、鷹の爪を入れて炒める。
    にんにくの香りが出てきたら、火を弱めあさりを入れる。
    茹で汁と(A)を投入する。
    ウドと菜の花を入れたら、火を強めてフライパンに蓋をし2~3分蒸す。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 09:37

    Add the spaghetti from step 2 back in and mix everything together.

Point

・Remove sand from clams in advance.
