Ingredients

  • Biscuit : 100g
  • Drawn butter : 40g
  • Gelatin (for cheese dough) : 5g
  • Water (for cheese dough) : 25ml
  • (A) Yogurt : 50g
  • (A) Honey (for cheese dough) : 60g
  • Fresh cream : 200ml
  • (B) Gelatin (for upper fabric) : 1/2 teaspoon
  • (B) Water : 5ml
  • (B) Orange juice : 50ml
  • (B) Granulated sugar : 5g
  • Food coloring : Appropriate amount
  • honey : For decoration
