Ingredients

  • Burdock : 1 bottle (about 100g)
  • Hot water (for boiling) : 2 cups
  • (A) Salt : 1/3 teaspoon
  • (A) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Vinegar : 1 tablespoon
  • sugar : 1/2 tbsp
  • soy sauce : 1/2 tbsp
  • mayonnaise : 2 tablespoons
  • White sesame seeds : As appropriate
  • Wasabi paste : As appropriate

Procedure

    Lightly wash the burdock and scrape the surface with the back of a kitchen knife.
