  1. 1) ピーマンを切る 01:05

    ピーマンを縦半分に切って、ヘタを取る。

    水大さじ1(分量外)を加え、蓋をして中弱火で蒸し焼きにする。
    火が通ったら、予め軽く混ぜた(A)を加えて絡めながら焼く。
    タレが絡んだら完成。
