- ピザ用チーズ : 50g
- Thinly sliced pork loin : 6枚
- 薄力粉 : 大さじ1
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
- (A) Worcestershire sauce : 大さじ1

ピーマンを縦半分に切って、ヘタを取る。

Stuff one pepper with pizza cheese.
Roll the pork slices around the peppers, covering the pizza cheese, with the end of the roll on top.
Sprinkle flour around the outside. -

2をフライパンに巻き終わりを下にして並べ、強火にかける。
焼き色がついたら裏返し、中火にする。
水大さじ1(分量外)を加え、蓋をして中弱火で蒸し焼きにする。
火が通ったら、予め軽く混ぜた(A)を加えて絡めながら焼く。
タレが絡んだら完成。
Point
