Put bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Divide the egg into egg white and yolk.
Put egg whites in a bowl and whisk until horns stand.

Add 2 egg yolks to 1 and mix.

2のメレンゲを再び軽く泡立て、少量を3に加え、スプーンで混ぜ合わせ馴染ませる。
残りのメレンゲも加え、さらに混ぜ合わせる。

強火でフライパンを温め、一度火を止め、濡れ布巾の上にフライパンの底をあてる。
オリーブオイルを入れ、フライパン全体に広げ、弱火で加熱する。
生地を流し入れ、焼き色がつけば裏返す。
裏返し、1分程度焼く。
