Cut the onions into combs. Cut the green onions into small pieces. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Add oil to a frying pan and fry the onions over medium heat. Add chicken when the onions are slightly roasted. Fry the chicken until it is browned, then add water and simmer.

Add curry roux to 2 and simmer over low heat. Add instant noodles and simmer. Turn it over on the way, entangle the soup on both sides, and simmer until the noodles are tender. Sprinkle the green onions.
Point
・ Chicken breast may be replaced with chicken breast.
・ Fry the chicken carefully so that it does not overlap.
・ When simmering in step 2, simmer while boiling.
・ Curry-flavored instant noodles are used in this video.
