  • はんぺん : 1枚(100g)
  • 卵 : 1個
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
  • 塩 : 1/4 teaspoon
  • 粗挽き黒こしょう : 少々

    新タマネギは皮をむき、みじん切りにする。耐熱容器に入れてラップをかけ、600Wの電子レンジで1分加熱したら粗熱が取れるまで冷ます。

    調理用袋にはんぺんを入れ、手で握りながらはんぺんを潰す。はんぺんの形がなくなったら卵、片栗粉を加え、全体がペースト状になるまで袋をもんでさらに混ぜ合わせる。

    2に水気を絞った新タマネギを加え、塩、粗挽き黒こしょうを加え、混ぜ合わせる。

・電子レンジで加熱することで、新タマネギの余分な水分が抜け綺麗に仕上がる。
・普通のタマネギを使う場合は、1の電子レンジ加熱を2分にし辛味をしっかり抜く。
・お好みでケチャップやマヨネーズ等をつけて食べる。
・お肉を使ったナゲットよりもヘルシーに出来る。
・お酒のおつまみにもおすすめな一品。
