Ingredients
- pasta : 100g
- キャベツ : 150g
- アンチョビ : 5g (2-3 slices)
- にんにく : 5g(1片)
- オリーブ油 : 大さじ3
- 輪切り唐辛子 : 少々
- 水 : 400g
- 塩 : 2g
- 醤油 : 小さじ1/2
- 胡椒 : 適量

Tear the cabbage and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Add garlic to frying pan.
Add olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and mash the garlic with a fork.
Add water, sliced chilli pepper, anchovies, salt and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated.
5 minutes before the pasta is done cooking, add the cabbage and heat.
Taste, add pepper and mix. -
