  1. 1) ピーマンを切る 00:29

    ピーマンは縦半分に切り、種とワタを取り除いたら水洗いしボウルに入れる。

  2. 2) ピーマンの肉巻きを作る 01:45

    ピーマンにチーズを溢れる程度に詰め、豚肉2枚を横に広げ、1枚になるようにつなげたら小麦粉をはたく。チーズに蓋をするように端からピーマンに巻き付ける。
