 - ラーメン : 1~2人分
 - (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
 - (A)にんにく(チューブ) : 10cm分
 - (A)しょうがチューブ : 2cm分
 - (A)味噌 : 大さじ2程度
 - (A)みりん : 大さじ1
 - (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ1/2
 - (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 大さじ2/3
 - (A)水 : 250cc
 - 豆乳 : 250~300cc
 - すりごま : 大さじ1
 - ブラックペッパー : 適量
