    豚肉を広げてバットに並べ、小麦粉を全体的にかける。シソは洗って茎を切る。厚揚げは1個を6等分に細長く切る。チーズは半分に切る。

    厚揚げにチーズを横に巻き、シソを縦に添えて豚肉2枚を巻きつける。全部巻き終わったら塩こしょうを振る。

    フライパンに油を入れて温めたら、巻き終わりを下にしてフライパンに並べ、3分焼く。全体がきつね色になったら取り出す。

  4. 4) タレを作る 07:18

    キッチンペーパーでフライパンの油を軽く拭き取り(A)を入れて火にかける。沸騰したら火を止めて完成。
