    鍋に水と粉寒天を振り入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら弱火にして2分煮て溶かす。寒天が溶け切ったら火からおろし、1で作ったシロップを加えて混ぜる。

    型に1のフルーツと2を素早く流し込み、冷蔵庫で固まるまで冷やす。冷やし固まったら好きな大きさにカットして完成。
