- (A)味噌 : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)オイスターソース : 小さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)にんにくのすりおろし : 1かけ
- (A)しょうがのすりおろし : 1かけ
- (A) Doubanjiang : 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
- サラダ油 : 大さじ2
- 豚ひき肉 : 200g
- 水 : 150ml
- (B)ねぎのみじん切り : 10cm分
- (B)ニラの小口切り : 4~5本
- (B)醤油 : 小さじ2~大さじ1
- ごま油 : 小さじ2
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 片栗粉小さじ1と水小さじ2
- ラー油 : 適量
