  • 薄力粉 : 大さじ2程度
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1

  • (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量
  • 添え野菜 : お好みで

    豆腐全体に焼き色がつけば、合わせ調味料を加え、中火~強火で加熱し煮からめる。

    お好みで添え野菜を盛った皿に、6の豆腐を盛り付け、ニンニクをのせ、乾燥パセリを散らす。
