  • Sea bream (for sashimi) : About 180g
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • (B)しょうゆ : 大さじ3
  • (B)おろしショウガ : 小さじ1
  • (B)すりごま : 大さじ1
  • (B)いりごま : 大さじ1
  • ご飯 : 200g
  • 大葉 : 5枚
  • 卵黄 : 1個分
  • 板海苔 : 適量

Procedure
