- Sea bream (for sashimi) : About 180g
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)料理酒 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (B)しょうゆ : 大さじ3
- (B)おろしショウガ : 小さじ1
- (B)すりごま : 大さじ1
- (B)いりごま : 大さじ1
- ご飯 : 200g
- 大葉 : 5枚
- 卵黄 : 1個分
- 板海苔 : 適量

Put (A) in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 50 seconds.
Add (B), mix and cool until the heat is removed. -

漬けダレをご飯にかけ、漬け込んだ鯛をのせる。
さらに漬けダレを回しかけ、千切りにした大葉をのせる。
中央に卵黄を落とす。
