バターは常温に戻しておき、砂糖を加えてざらつきがなくなるまでよく混ぜ、卵黄を2回に分けて加え、ホイッパーで混ぜる。
ふるった薄力粉を加えてゴムベラで混ぜて、顔などのパーツ用に生地を取り分け、それぞれ着色する。 -

生地を冷蔵庫で冷やす

生地を平らに伸ばして、冷蔵庫で冷やす。

型紙を作り、冷えた生地に型紙を当てて切り抜き、顔パーツも切り抜きいて乗せる。

オーブンで焼く

170℃に温めたオーブンで12～16分位焼く。
