- にんにくの薄切り : 2片
- Kimchi : 150g

- ネギ(白い部分) : 1本
- (A)しょうゆ : 小さじ2
- (A)酢 : 小さじ1
- (A)ごま油(パジョリ用) : 小さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)韓国産粉唐辛子 : 小さじ1/2

Point

・ When chopping green onions, you can easily cut them with a fork and then cut them to an appropriate length with a kitchen knife.
・ Since the core of the green onion is slimy and has a strong aroma, do not use it for ribs, but after baking it, wrap it with your favorite leafy vegetables together with pork belly.
・ If you put the pork belly block meat in the freezer for about 5 minutes just before cutting it, it will be easier to cut.
・ Cut the pork belly block meat into thick pieces to make it more satisfying to eat. In addition, by making a notch on the surface, it is possible to prevent shrinkage.
・ Pork ribs are tender when roasted slowly over low heat. It's a good idea to make ribs while grilling pork belly.
・ When frying garlic and kimchi in a general frying pan, tilt the frying pan to collect oil, add garlic and kimchi to it, and fry.
