    アスパラの根本1cmを切り落とし、根元の硬い部分とハカマをピーラーで切り落とす。ラップで包み、600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。

    アスパラにちくわを1本半挿して、アスパラのバーになっている部分と、挿したちくわを半分に切り落とす。切ったものはさらに、斜めに包丁を入れて半分に切る。

    ボールにマヨネーズ、水を入れて溶かし合わせて薄力粉、片栗粉、青のり粉、塩胡椒を加えて混ぜ合わせる。

    フライパンに高さ1〜2cmほど油を入れて、温めたらアスパラちくわを天ぷら粉にくくらせ油に入れて中火〜強めの中火で加熱する。底が固まってきたら裏返して、2分ほど加熱する。

    キッチンペーパーに取り出し油を切って、お皿に盛り付けて完成。
