Ingredients

  • 長ねぎ : 2本
  • Sesame oil (for roasting green onions) : 適量
  • 大葉 : 10枚

  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)ナンプラー(魚醤) : 大さじ1
  • (A)赤味噌 : 小さじ1(普通の味噌でも可)
  • (A)豆板醤 : 小さじ1(コチュジャンでも可)
  • (A)砂糖 : 2 tsp
  • (A)酢 : 大さじ1(お好みで)
  • 炒りごま : お好み量
  • 唐辛子 : 1本
