フライパンに米油をひき、中火で熱する。2を流し入れ、薄くのばして2分ほど焼く。裏返して1分焼く。もう1度裏返し、フライパンのフチにごま油(焼く用)をまわし入れ、生地の下にごま油がまわるまで焼く。
Point
・ Even if you add all-purpose onion to the sauce, you can eat it deliciously.
・ If you use rice oil when baking the dough, you can eat it without getting stuffy.
・ Rice oil may be replaced with salad oil.
