Ingredients
- 豚バラ肉 : 250g
- ラー油 : 少々
- (A) Skipjack soup stock (double concentrated) [for meat] : 少々
- そば : 4人前
- 長ねぎ : 1本
- ごま油 : 適量
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken soup : 小さじ1
- 水 : 500ml
- Skipjack soup stock (double concentrated) [for soup stock] : 200ml

Slice the green onions diagonally. Cut the pork ribs into pieces that are easy to eat.

Put sesame oil in a heated frying pan, add 1 pork belly and fry. When the pork ribs are cooked, add (A) and fry. When the juice is reduced to about half, add 1 green onion and chili oil and fry. Add water and bonito dashi soup (double concentrated) [for soup] and let it boil.
