Cut off the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
Cut the kamaboko into thin slices as well.
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces with the skin on.
Rinse the trefoil with water, cut off the roots, and cut into appropriate widths. -

Point
