  • 卵 : 1個
  • (B) Gochujang : 大さじ3
  • (B) Salty sauce (for sauce) : 大さじ4
  • (B) Garlic (for sauce) : 大さじ1
  • (B) Ginger (for sauce) : 大さじ1/2
  • (B) Sesame oil (for sauce) : 大さじ2
  • (B) Honey : 大さじ2
  • (B) Sugar : 大さじ1
  • (B) Red pepper : 大さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut chicken thighs 00:33

    Cut chicken thighs into 5 equal parts and put in a bowl.

    6を170度に熱した油に再度入れ、30秒程度揚げる。

    7に3を絡め、皿に盛り付ける。そのうえにいりごまと細かく砕いたナッツをかける。
