- (A) Light soy sauce : 大さじ3
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ3
- (A) Chin dashi (4 times concentrated) : 大さじ1
- (A) Salt : 少々
- (A) Black pepper : a little
- (A) Sesame seeds : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- (A) Gochujang : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1〜2
- (A) Red pepper : 適量
- (A) Ajinomoto : 3ふり
- いりごま : 適量
- 酢 : 1 tablespoon

Put (A) in a bowl and mix well.

Boil the bean sprouts

Add vinegar to boiling water in a pot. Add bean sprouts washed with water and boil for about 1 minute. Drain the water and cool at room temperature.

Point
・ Boil the bean sprouts in hot water with vinegar to reduce the green odor of the bean sprouts.
・ The chin soup stock may be replaced with white soup stock or mentsuyu.
・ Red pepper may be replaced with chili pepper.
・ You can enjoy it even if you eat it with cup ramen.
