Make a cut in chicken thigh
Make a cut with a kitchen knife along the bone of the chicken thigh with bone.
Sprinkle salt on 1 and knead. Put it in a zip lock and add (A). Seal and rub well. Remove the air and put it in the refrigerator. Let it rest for a day.
Bake chicken thighs
