  • Chinese noodle : 適量
  • 豚ひき肉 : 600g
  • (A) Green onions : 1本

  • (B) XO sauce : 小さじ1
  • (B) Tianmian sauce : 小さじ2

  • (C) Salt and pepper : 少々
  • (C) Water : 400ml
  • (C) Whole chicken soup : 大さじ1
  • (C) Salty sauce : 大さじ2
  • (C) Sake : 大さじ1
  • (C) Sugar : 大さじ1
  • カレールー : 大さじ3
  • 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量
