  • 九条ねぎ : 2本
  • 三つ葉 : 適量
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
  • 卵 : 5個
  • 鶏肉 : 150g
  • 白だし(10倍濃縮) : 25cc
  • みりん : 大さじ2
  • 酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
  • (A)三温糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A)昆布茶 : 小さじ1/2

    フライパンにみりんと酒を入れ、沸騰させる。200ccの4と(A)を加え、軽く混ぜる。1の玉ねぎを加え、30秒程度加熱する。3を加え、8割程度火を通す。1の九条ねぎを加え、軽く火を通す。弱火にして、2を6割程度流し入れる。半熟になったら残りの2を加える。フタをして強火にし、10秒程度加熱する。器に盛ったご飯のうえにかける。1の三つ葉を散らす。

Point

・ Wash vegetables in advance.
・ If you want to taste the taste of soup stock, you may reduce the amount of sanon tou used.
・ Because of the color of Kujo green onions, it is not necessary to use trefoil.
・ By adding kelp tea, the richness comes out.
・ Sanon tou may be replaced with ordinary sugar.
