長ネギは縦に切り込みを入れ、みじん切りにする。 -

・ Ingredients for 2 to 3 servings.
・ Grill minced pork to make fragrant mapo tofu. Fry on a frying pan without moving, mix and fry when slightly browned, and bake fragrantly.
・ When you add Tianmian sauce and Doubanjiang sauce, you can add soybean drum to make it delicious.
・ Boil the silken tofu once to prevent it from collapsing and to improve the texture.
・ When adding seasonings, add them quickly so that the water does not fly away. You may reduce the fire.
