- かぼちゃ : 200g（正味）
- 無塩バター : 40g
- ホワイトチョコレート : 80g
- 卵（Mサイズ） : 2個
Cut the pumpkin
Remove the pumpkin seeds and cut into small pieces.
Heat the pumpkin
Put 1 in a heat-resistant container, wrap it, and heat it in the microwave for 6 minutes.
Remove 2 from the microwave and peel the fruit and skin with a spoon. Put the fruit in a bowl. Add unsalted butter and white chocolate to it and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and mix well.
Pour eggs (medium size) into a bowl and mix well.
Pour 5 into the cocotte until the 8th to 9th minute of the paper cup. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove the heat and cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
・ Use a 600w microwave oven.
・ If you are not good at cutting pumpkin, you can heat the whole pumpkin.
・ Put a toothpick in the heated pumpkin and heat it again if it is not cooked enough.
・ When peeling the pumpkin fruit and skin, use a cloth because it is hot.
