- cabbage : 1/4 piece
- onion : 1/2 piece

- bacon : 150g
- Tomato puree (3 times concentrated) : 200g
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- consomme : 1 piece

Cut the ingredients
Peel carrots and onions and chop them roughly. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Cut the bacon into pieces that are easy to eat.
Put olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon for 10 minutes. Add onions and fry, then add salt and fry for 1 minute. Add carrots and cabbage and fry further.
When the cabbage is slightly reduced in volume, add tomato puree and water and bring to a boil. Add consomme and black pepper, mix, add tabasco and simmer for 10 minutes to complete.
