- Butter (unsalted) : 100g
- 砂糖 : 50g
- 卵黄 : 1個
- 薄力粉 : 150g
Put the butter that has been returned to room temperature in a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until smooth.
Add sugar and mix.
Add egg yolk and mix further, add in several batches while shaking the cake flour, and mix well each time.
Lay the dough
When 1 is put together, take it out and knead the dough into a stick shape.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
