  • 醤油(衣) : 小さじ1
  • 塩(衣) : 1つまみ
  • にんにく(衣) : 1片
  • 小麦粉(衣) : 適量
  • 揚げ油 : 鍋底から2cmほど

Procedure

Point

・ If you want to soak chicken thighs for more than an hour, wrap them and put them in the refrigerator.
