Ingredients
- Beef rib block : 800g

- (A) Red wine : 1 bottle (about 750 ml)

- 薄力粉 : 3 tbsp
- 水 : 適量
- 生クリーム : 少々

Procedure

Cut vegetables and mushrooms

Cut the onions into thin slices.
Crush the garlic with the belly of a kitchen knife, peel it, remove the sprouts, and chop it roughly.
Cut the mushrooms into 4 equal parts, leaving the axis. -

Point
・ Beef shoulder loin or shank can be used as a substitute if it is a block.
・ Brown mushrooms can be replaced with white mushrooms.
・ For red wine, you may use cheap wine sold at supermarkets.
・ Be sure to remove the garlic sprouts as they tend to burn and become bitter when fried.
・ Wash or cut off the mushroom shaft only when it is dirty.
・ When frying onions, don't touch them too much, and if the bottom is charred, turn it over and it will turn amber.
・ Mushrooms should be added afterwards to make them absorb butter and add umami.
・ Honey can be used as a substitute for sugar.
・ Stew for a total of 1 hour.
