- 油揚げ : 3枚
- ごま油 : 大さじ2
- (A)酒 : 大さじ4
- (A)みりん : 大さじ4
- (A)醤油 : 4 tbsp
- (B)砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (B)唐辛子の輪切り : ふたつまみ
- いりごま : 適量

Cut the skin and body into 3 mm wide pieces.
Finely chop the leaves of the radish. -

Cut it in half vertically and cut into 5 mm wide pieces. -

Add seasoning (A) and stir fry.
Add seasoning (B) and fry until all the water is gone.

・ Because the leaves of radish are used, save them without throwing them away.
・ If the skin is thin, use the radish as it is, and if the skin is thick, peel it off and discard it.
