- 塩(白滝の塩揉み用) : 小さじ1
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1
- 醤油 : 小さじ1
- ごま油 : 小さじ2

Cut Shirataki

Put Shirataki noodles in a colander, drain the water, and cut into pieces that are easy to eat.

Add salt and knead to mix. After washing well with water, drain.

Put ginger, shirataki noodles, enoki mushrooms and sesame oil in a frying pan and fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Point
・ By chopping the ginger into slightly larger pieces, you can get a good response.
・ Cut off about 1 cm of enoki mushrooms.
・ If you are concerned about the dirt on the enoki mushrooms, remove it by hand.
・ If you want to keep it, put it in a storage container and eat it in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
・ Taste and adjust the amount of seasoning.
