Ingredients

  • 白滝 : 1袋
  • えのき : 1袋
  • 生姜 : 50g
  • 塩(白滝の塩揉み用) : 小さじ1
  • 塩胡椒 : 適量
  • 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1
  • 醤油 : 小さじ1
  • ごま油 : 小さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut Shirataki 26:35

    Put Shirataki noodles in a colander, drain the water, and cut into pieces that are easy to eat.

  2. 2) Rub Shirataki with salt 27:26

    Add salt and knead to mix. After washing well with water, drain.

  3. 3) Cut ginger 28:11

    Cut the ginger into slightly larger pieces.

    えのきの石づきを切り落とし、手でほぐす。

  5. 5) 具材を炒める 29:48

    Put ginger, shirataki noodles, enoki mushrooms and sesame oil in a frying pan and fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

    塩胡椒、鶏ガラスープの素、醤油を加えて全体を混ぜ合わせたら完成。

Point

・ By chopping the ginger into slightly larger pieces, you can get a good response.
・ Cut off about 1 cm of enoki mushrooms.
・ If you are concerned about the dirt on the enoki mushrooms, remove it by hand.
・ If you want to keep it, put it in a storage container and eat it in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
・ Taste and adjust the amount of seasoning.
