Prepare pork thighs
Wipe off the water on the surface of the pork thigh with kitchen paper.
Put it to sleep
Place the pork thigh on the plastic wrap and apply chopped wasabi on both sides. Wrap it tightly in a wrap while removing the air, and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Place the pork thighs on a frying pan and heat on low medium heat for about 1 minute.

・ For meat, you may use pork cutlet loin with fat.

・ If you can afford the pork thigh, you can let it rest for a day.
・ If you are worried that the heat will be too hot when you put the lid on and heat it for 5 minutes, you can turn off the heat, put the lid on and leave it for 5 minutes.
