- キャベツ : 200g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- にんじん : 50g
- しめじ : 40g
- 有塩バター : 10g
- サラダ油 : 適量
- (A) Miso : 2 tablespoons
- (A)砂糖 : 1 tablespoon
- (A)みりん : 1 tablespoon
- (A)醤油 : 1 tsp
- (A)料理酒 : 2 tablespoons
- (A)おろしにんにく : 1/2 teaspoon

Cut off the core into thin slices. -

フライパンの油を半分ほど拭き取り、バターを入れて溶かす。

・ Use a frying pan that matches the amount of vegetables.
・ Vegetable types and dishes can be changed or added as desired.
・ Put it in the refrigerator so that it can be eaten in about 2 days. ・ Salted butter can be replaced with unsalted butter.
