Ingredients

  • Potato (Large) : 720g
  • 塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • コーンスターチ : 小さじ2
  • 無塩バター : 20g
  • 小麦粉 : 小さじ1/2
  • シラチャソース : 小さじ1
  • 牛乳 : 120ml
  • チェダーチーズ : 108g(6枚)
  • パセリ(お好み) : 適量
  • 粉唐辛子(お好み) : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare potatoes 00:16

    Peel the potatoes and chop them into 1 cm square pieces.
    Soak in water for about 30 minutes, drain and wash the starch.

Point
