Ingredients

  • 豚肉(とんかつ用ロース) : 2枚
  • にんにく : 2片
  • 塩 : 適量
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 1/2 tbsp
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ2
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)酢 : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare pork 02:17

    Make deep cuts in the pork at 2 cm intervals.

  2. 2) Prepare garlic 03:19

    Peel the garlic and crush it to remove the core.
    Divide it into 3-4 pieces by hand.

    Sprinkle salt on both sides of the pork and sprinkle a thin layer of potato starch on the whole.
    Lightly tap the pork by hand before baking.

    Put (A) in a bowl and mix.

    フライパンににんにくを入れ、サラダ油をひく。
    弱火にかけて2分程温め、油ににんにくの香りを移す。

    豚肉を入れて油を馴染ませ、火を強める。
    豚肉の間ににんにくを挟み、強めの中火で2分程焼く。
    下面に焼き色がついたら裏返し、1~2分程焼く。

  7. 7) 仕上げる 07:44

    香ばしく焼けたら、タレを流し入れる。
    スプーンでタレをかけながら絡め、とろみがついたら完成。
    皿にキャベツの千切りを盛り、豚肉を盛り付ける。

Point

・ Make a deep cut in the pork like goodwill.
・ If you make a notch, you do not have to worry about cutting the streaks and it will be easier for the fire to pass.
・ If you are concerned about the oil in the frying pan before pouring the sauce, wipe it off.
・ If the sauce is not thick enough, boil it further.
