Ingredients
- White chocolate (for the dough) : 80g

Add sifted cake flour (for crumble) to melted white chocolate (for crumble) and mix with a spatula.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator. -

Make the dough

Add the white chocolate (for the dough) to the milk, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Sift (A) 2 to 3 times.
Mix milk and white chocolate (for batter) with a whisk.
(A) Add the cane sugar and eggs and mix.
Add the mixed milk and white chocolate (for the batter) and mix. -

Pour 2 into the mold until it is 8/10th of the height.
Top with 1 and frozen blueberries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C or 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool in the mold and it's done.
