Ingredients

  • Silken tofu : 150g
  • 砂糖 : 大さじ4
  • だんご粉 : 150g
  • 桜パウダー : 小さじ1/2
  • よもぎパウダー : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)水 : 小さじ1強
  • (B)水 : 小さじ1強

Procedure

  1. 1) Mix tofu and sugar 00:39

    Put tofu and sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. 2) Make dough 00:53

    Add dango flour to 1 and mix.
    Knead by hand to make a group and divide into 3 equal parts.

  3. 3) Make pink dough 01:28

    Add the water of (A) to Sakura powder and mix.
    Add to one of the dough and knead.

  4. 4) 緑の生地を作る 01:58

    よもぎパウダーに(B)の水を加え、混ぜる。
    生地のひとつに加え、練り込む。

  5. 5) 団子を茹でる 02:55

    それぞれの生地を5等分し、丸める。
    沸騰したお湯に生地を入れ、浮いてきたら2~3分茹でる。
    茹で上がったら氷水に入れて冷やし、水気を切る。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 04:16

    緑、白、ピンクの順番で生地を串に刺したら完成。

Point
