  • Instant coffee : 15g
  • (A)砂糖 : 20g
  • 粉ゼラチン : 20g

  • (B)砂糖 : 10g
  • ココアパウダー : 適量

    Put instant coffee and sugar (A) in a bowl.
    Add water in 2 portions and mix each time.
    Heat in a 600w microwave for 20-30 seconds and mix.

    Remove foam on the surface, add a small amount to gelatin and mix.
    Return to the coffee bowl and mix.
    Pour 3 into a mold and cool in the refrigerator to harden.
