Ingredients

  • 無糖ヨーグルト : 400g
  • ホワイトチョコレート : 180g

Procedure

  1. 1) Drain the unsweetened yogurt 00:22

    1をボウルに移し、ゴムベラでダマがなくなるまで混ぜる。

  3. 3) ホワイトチョコレートを溶かす 02:28

    ホワイトチョコレートを細かく刻み、耐熱容器に移す。
    600wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱し、泡立て器で混ぜて溶かす。

  4. 4) 冷やす 03:11

    2に3を加えて、泡立て器で手早く混ぜ合わせる。
    洗って乾かした無糖ヨーグルトの容器に移し、軽く上げて落とすを数回繰り返し空気を抜く。
    蓋をして、冷蔵庫で半日冷やしたら完成。

Point

・After opening unsweetened yogurt, drain it without stirring.
- After draining, the amount of unsweetened yogurt will be approximately 170g.
-If the white chocolate isn't completely melted, microwave for additional 10 second increments.
- Wash and dry the unsweetened yogurt container.
*The time required to drain and cool in the refrigerator is not included in the cooking time.
