Ingredients
- Sticky rice : 1 go
- いちごジャム : 大さじ1~2
- こしあん : 240g
- 桜の葉 : 12枚

Procedure

Wash the leaves of the cherry blossoms

Wash the salted cherry leaves and remove the salt.
Wipe off the water with kitchen paper and cut off the petioles. -

Drain the glutinous rice and cook it with a rice cooker.

Add strawberry jam to glutinous rice while straining and mix.
Crush with a rolling pin or file until half of the rice grains remain. -

仕上げる

こしあんともち米を、12等分にする。
もち米を丸めて平らにし、こしあんをのせて包む。
俵型に成形し、桜の葉を巻いたら完成。
Point
・ It is also recommended to use bean paste instead of red bean paste.
・ If the cherry leaves are very salty, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
・ Wash glutinous rice in advance and soak it in water.
・ When cooking rice with a rice cooker, pour water up to the specified line.
・ Instead of strawberry jam, you may color it with food coloring or red koji powder.
