Ingredients
- cabbage : 500g
- 玉ねぎ : 1~2個
- サラダ油 : 適量
- にんにく : 2片
- 卵 : 2個
- 塩 : 適量
- パプリカフレーク : 小さじ1
- 胡椒 : 適量
- 小麦粉 : 大さじ3
- オリーブオイル : 40~60ml
- きゅうり : 適量
- ディル : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ2
- ヨーグルト : 150g

Procedure

Boil the cabbage

Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a pan, and soak it in water.
Cover and heat and boil for 7-8 minutes.
Drain the hot water, squeeze the water, and remove the rough heat. -

Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and fry the onions.
Grate the garlic, add and fry. -

Add seasonings and flour

Sift the pepper and flour and mix. -
