Slice the cucumber thinly and rub with a pinch of salt (not included in the recipe).
Remove the seeds from the small pickled plums and pound them with a knife.

Put (A), grated garlic, plum flesh, and squeezed-out cucumber into a bowl and mix well.

茹でて水でしめ、水気をよく切ったそうめんを2に加える。
軽く絡めたら完成。
