Ingredients

  • サッポロ一番(塩とんこつ) : 1袋
  • Pork belly : 250g
  • キャベツ : 200g
  • もやし : 200g
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 牛脂 : 1個
  • 酒 : 大さじ2
  • みりん : 大さじ1
  • 味の素 : 7振り
  • 水 : 180-200cc
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut cabbage 01:44

    牛脂をのせ、醤油を全体に回しかける。
    塩とんこつ付属のきりごまを、全体にかける。

  5. 5) 仕上げる 04:27

    蓋をし、中火にかけて15分程煮る。
    小ねぎをちらし、残りのにんにくをのせたら完成。
