- サッポロ一番(塩とんこつ) : 1袋
- Pork belly : 250g
- キャベツ : 200g
- もやし : 200g
- にんにく : 1片
- 牛脂 : 1個
- 酒 : 大さじ2
- みりん : 大さじ1
- 味の素 : 7振り
- 水 : 180-200cc
- 醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
