Ingredients
- Fried tofu : 2 sheets
- 豚ひき肉 : 200g
- 長ねぎ : 1/2本
- ginger : 10g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 砂糖 : 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
- めんつゆ(三倍濃縮) : 3 tbsp
- 水 : 3 tbsp
- 胡椒 : 適量

Put pork, green onions, ginger, peppercorn and salt in a bowl.
Knead until sticky and stuff in fried tofu. -

Put water, noodle soup and sugar in a bowl and mix.

いなりを耐熱皿に並べてタレをかけ、ラップをする。
600wの電子レンジで6分加熱し、全体にタレを馴染ませたら完成。
Point
・ If you are worried about it, drain the fried tofu.
・ If you add a lot of ginger, the smell of pork disappears.
・ Ginger may be grated.
・ It is recommended to add onions or your favorite condiments instead of long onions.
