Ingredients
- Sweet potato : 1 bottle (about 380g)
- 砂糖 : 60g
- 塩 : ふたつまみ
- 粉寒天 : 4g
- (A)水 : 適量
- (B)水 : 150ml

Procedure

Cut sweet potatoes

Peel the sweet potatoes and remove the black spots.
Cut off the calyx, cut into 1 cm widths, and expose to the water of (A) for 5 minutes. -

Boil sweet potatoes

Put sweet potatoes in a pan and add enough water (A) to soak.
Add salt and heat over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. -

Strain sweet potatoes

Strain the sweet potatoes that have been drained with a strainer.
Add sugar and mix until smooth. -

Melt powdered agar

Put powdered agar and water (B) in a pan, mix and heat over medium heat.
When it boils, reduce the heat to low and heat for about 2 minutes while mixing. -

Mix agar and sweet potatoes

冷蔵庫で3時間冷やし、食べやすい大きさに切ったら完成。
Point
