Ingredients

  • Sweet potato : 1 bottle (about 380g)
  • 砂糖 : 60g
  • 塩 : ふたつまみ
  • 粉寒天 : 4g
  • (A)水 : 適量
  • (B)水 : 150ml

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut sweet potatoes 01:31

    Peel the sweet potatoes and remove the black spots.
    Cut off the calyx, cut into 1 cm widths, and expose to the water of (A) for 5 minutes.

  2. 2) Boil sweet potatoes 02:31

    Put sweet potatoes in a pan and add enough water (A) to soak.
    Add salt and heat over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Strain the sweet potatoes that have been drained with a strainer.
    Add sugar and mix until smooth.

  4. 4) Melt powdered agar 05:25

    Put powdered agar and water (B) in a pan, mix and heat over medium heat.
    When it boils, reduce the heat to low and heat for about 2 minutes while mixing.

  5. 5) Mix agar and sweet potatoes 06:07

    火を止め、さつまいもを少しずつ加えてその都度混ぜる。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 06:55

    型に5を入れて表面をならし、ラップをかけて粗熱を取る。
    冷蔵庫で3時間冷やし、食べやすい大きさに切ったら完成。

Point

・ The recommended mold is a square of approximately 14 x 11 x 4.5 cm.
