Ingredients
- Boiled egg : 8 pieces
- ほうれん草 : 2束
- ミニトマト : 適量
- 木綿豆腐 : 1丁
- 白胡麻 : 大さじ8
- 塩(ほうれん草を茹でる用) : 小さじ1
- 塩胡椒 : 少々
- 白だし : 小さじ2
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ8

Boil spinach

Boil water in a frying pan, add salt and spinach, and boil lightly. Remove from hot water and soak in water.

Put white sesame seeds in a mortar and rub.

すりごまに木綿豆腐を加えて潰す。塩、胡椒、マヨネーズ、白だしを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。

ほうれん草の水気を絞り、食べやすい大きさに切る。ほうれん草、ミニトマト、ちぎったゆで卵を加えて混ぜ合わせたら完成。
Point
・ If you do not have a mortar, you may use sesame seeds.
・ 8 times concentrated white sardine is used.
・ Add boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes and spinach in any amount you like.
・ Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
・ If you want to keep it, put it in a storage container and eat it in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
